  • Delivery tracking

    You can track the parcel's journey with the tracking information provided in your delivery notification email or by logging into your account on GeeHair.com.

  • Delivery times

    We try our hardest to meet all delivery times, but please be aware that sometimes there may be delays.

    The time frame can vary based on the destination, customs, Public Holidays and adverse weather conditions.

    We will keep you updated, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.

  • Changing delivery address

    We will only deliver to the delivery address entered at the checkout.

    If you need to make amendments to your address, for example, if the address is inaccurate, please report this immediately to Customer Service.

    NOTE: We can only make address amendments to unprocessed orders.

  • Delivery address

    You must provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including your name, building name/number, street, city, county/state/province, post/zip code and country. It is not our responsibility to check if the address information supplied by you is correct. Your address will be presented to the courier exactly how we receive it from you. We will not be liable for the delivery of your parcel to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

    A fee may incur on the basis that your delivery address is incorrect and needs to be amended. It is the courier who applies the charges, and we are not responsible to pay such charges.

  • Missed delivery

    If you miss the delivery, the courier will usually leave a calling note for you to rearrange a delivery or to collect the parcel from your local depot.

    Please remember to claim the parcel within a suitable time frame otherwise it may be returned to us.

  • Lost/delayed delivery

    We know courier issues and delays can happen. If the tracking link for your order is not showing activity for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.

    If the delivery status is “Delivered” and you cannot locate the delivery, please contact Customer Service to investigate. 

    NOTE: Gee Hair will provide a replacement or refund based on a failed delivery.

    Delayed/lost parcels require an investigation with the courier before an exchange/refund can be issued. Please allow the following times from dispatch before we can proceed with an investigation:

    •  5 business days and no later than 30 days.
    •  If you contact Gee Hair after 30 days, we will not be able to assist as the couriers policy is strictly 30 days only. 

    NOTE: There is no set time for investigations to take place. We won't be able to provide a replacement or refund until the investigation is complete. 

  • Multiple orders

    If you place multiple orders within the same period, we combine them into one delivery.

  • Collections

    If you schedule a collection from our Manchester office, kindly ensure that the order is picked up within 7 days of placement, otherwise, your reservation will no longer be guaranteed.

  • Duties & taxes

    All prices shown are exclusive of import duties and taxes. Duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

    NOTE: If DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties and taxes upon delivery. The courier may not release the parcel without payment for duties and taxes.

    The prices displayed do not include import duties, taxes or other fees that may be imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are usually assessed based on the value of the goods being imported, the country of origin and the destination country's regulations.

    The customer will be responsible for paying any duties and taxes upon delivery. Failure to pay these charges may result in the courier refusing to release the package to you.

    Import duties and taxes can vary widely, so it can be difficult to calculate in advance. Therefore, it is always a good idea to contact your local customs office to obtain more information about any potential duties or taxes that may apply before making a purchase.

    NOTE: We have no control over these charges, and they are not included in the price of the product or the shipping fees. It is the customers responsiblity to comply with their country's customs regulations and to pay any applicable fees associated with importing the product.

  • Signature release

    We understand customers have busy lives, so some deliveries can be delivered without a signature, as this may be an easier option for you.

    NOTE: When you opt for a signature release with the courier, you authorise the courier to leave the package at the specified delivery address without obtaining a signature. By doing so, you assume responsibility for the delivery and liability for any issues that may arise during or after the delivery.

    We reccomend to carefully consider the potential risks and consequences before choosing this option.

  • Unclaimed/rejected deliveries 

    Unclaimed or rejected parcels that are being returned to Gee Hair may incur additional costs, such as the cost of the courier's service for returning the parcel.

    NOTE: These costs may vary depending on the courier used, the destination country and the size and weight of the package.

  • VAT/GST

    By law, Gee Hair is required to collect value-added tax (VAT) or goods and services tax (GST). A rate of 20% applies to all sales.

    If a different VAT/GST rate applies to your order or VAT/GST does not apply to your order, you can inform Customer Service so we can adjust the order total accordingly. 

    NOTE: The value of the delivery service will account for VAT or GST, where free or discounted delivery applies. Therefore, no price adjustment will be made.
